At a recent wedding in Kent, I got to DJ with UK Garage Stars MC Luck and DJ Neat. The evening reception was all about the music. While the PA system for the disco was being set up, X-Factor finalist from a couple of years ago John Adams entertained the guests. I then took over for the cutting of the cake, first dance and a bit of something for everyone over the next 2 hours to lead into Luck and Neat’s hour long set. They really where great guys and went down very well.
For the last two hours my brief was to play a commercial house set Ibiza style, which is what I did, switching just at the end to some Xmas tunes requested by the bride.
