Putney Pies – Having worked alongside Rusty a few times it was a privilege to be asked to DJ at his birthday party in the amazing Putney Pies by the River Thames on the suburbs of London.
There were plenty of colourful characters all with a love of music, from Rusty himself, who was the man behind the New Romantics scene to Martin Glover AKA Youth who was the producer for the Verves “Bitter Sweet Symphony” and the Orb. It was an amazing night in a super venue. This is what DJing in a London club is all about.
